She also handles more complex issues, such as the combination of 2 apartments into one, the sale or licensing of common areas (such as basement storage and rooftop rights), and the amendment of Condominium Declarations, Proprietary Leases and By-Laws for the ownership entity.
In her conversion practice, Ms. Potashnick converts existing properties to cooperative or condominium ownership, as well as drafts and updates the offering plans for new developments throughout New York State.
